Chairman

Randall P. Sanada: In August 2000, Mr. Sanada co-founded Jet-Alliance and has been serving as its Chairman. He has also started a number of businesses in the areas of aviation, financial services, real estate, storage services, and wealth management. Each mature venture has delivered positive returns to investors as a result of his selection of experienced team partners to manage the operations of each business. Randall is a licensed pilot and his business education includes two bachelor degrees, two master’s degrees and three professional credentials. He is also Chairman of Alliance Financial Group, Inc., owner of a securities brokerage firm and founding shareholder of National Advisors Trust Company, a federal chartered bank (assets $5 billion). Craig Arnold - Marketing Consultant

Craig Arnold: Is the owner and president of Dillon Wells, Inc., a 60 year old sales and marketing firm based at the Los Angeles Mart. Currently, Craig is the president of the LA Mart Advisory Board. Kenneth J. Curry: Ken is CEO of KC Aviation, Inc., a business aviation consulting and aircraft brokerage firm. He has over 20 years of experience in business aviation and also flew as a US Air Force pilot during the Vietnam era. Prior to starting his own company, Ken was Vice President and General Manager of Petersen Aviation, a commercial charter aircraft and fixed base operator in Van Nuys, California. Jerry V. Sanada: In August 2000, Jerry co-founded Jet-Alliance and has been serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Financial Group, Inc. and Alliance Advisory & Securities, Inc. In 1998, he was the lead financial analyst in the startup of RESOP 1998, LLC, a successful storage services company. Dwight Ham: Pepperdine MBA, Certified Management Accountant and Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Business Systems. Former Chairman of the LA Oversight Committee of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Robert Heavner, PhD: Commercial Pilot, Founder and Chairman of Vanguard Bancorp, Associate Professor, Economics and Management - US Air Force Academy, Silver Star and two Distinguished Flying Crosses for heroism, White House Fellow.

Nanette Scarpellini Metz, PhD: in public administration—aviation specialization, University of Nebraska. Instrument-rated pilot, NASA Fellow with expertise in transportation policy and aviation public-private partnerships.

Benjamin Marcus: Chief Executive Officer of JetAVIVA, an aviation consulting firm and jet flight training operator. Previously, Ben was in Sales and Flight Test Engineering at Eclipse. Air Transport Pilot (ATP) and flight instructor type-rated in the Eclipse 500, Cessna Citation 500 and Mustang series jets. BS of Science (Aviation Technology) with Distinction from Perdue University.

William Miller, M.D.: Test Pilot, Flight Surgeon, Naval Aviator, Board Certified in Aerospace Medicine, Captain, Medical Corps, USN (Ret).

Roger Ruehle: President of Professional Jet, Inc., pilot and aircraft acquisition specialist. Roger attended the Northrup Institute - Los Angeles, CA. Graduate Aviation Business Management, LATTC.

Jennifer Zalokar: Former marketing director for United Airlines with expertise in business development and finance. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance with Honors.

Jet-Alliance Executives

William S. Joys: Vice President of Finance, Operations and Development. As an investment banker, Bill completed transactions valued at $15 billion. As a consultant, Bill successfully helped AeroVironment win Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) R&D contracts worth $250 million, beating out Boeing, Northrop and Aurora. He also developed online training courses for the Eclipse 500. A Certified Flight Instructor, Commercial Pilot and Advanced Ground Instructor, Bill serves as a Search & Rescue Officer in the United States Air Force / Auxiliary. MBA, the Darden School at UVA; BA Magna Cum Laude, Amherst College.

In-House Counsel

Michael E. Garner, JD: Responsible for managing legal matters for Jet-Alliance, Michael serves as the Corporate Secretary. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer for Alliance Advisory & Securities, Inc. Previously, Michael was a partner at the American Law Center.

Elsy M. Nguyen, JD: Having incorporated Jet-Alliance, Elsy continues to serve of counsel. Before joining Jet-Alliance, Elsy was an Associate at an international law firm in Bangkok.
